Pauline is not just another writer. 

Passionate about wine, passionate about life, nomadic, she travels all over France to meet the winegrowers and winemakers of natural wine. Self-taught, she publishes her own magazine, Chassez le Naturel, which is distributed in France and internationally, with a highly personal, colorful style and no technical jargon.

If she is here today, it's because she had an encounter. An encounter with herself. And that encounter led to others: her real personal encounter with natural wine, and then with all those who make it.
